Last Minute Directive by Ohio’s Jon Husted Could See Legal Votes Discarded & Swing the Election

The Ohio Secretary of State, John Husted is a coward. He’s done everything in his power to suppress, block and disenfranchise voters in the state of Ohio. He is not worthy of the office. The latest effort to influence the 2012 presidential election in Ohio as reported by The Cleveland Leader.

“It appears that Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted, a Republican, is on a mission to suppress Ohio voters.  During the weeks leading up to Election Day, Husted has tried everything he can come up with, even defying court orders, in order to make sure that fewer people can vote early, and now get their vote counted.  A last minute directive issued by Husted could now invalidate many legal provisional ballots.”

CEOs urge Congress to raise taxes, cut spending

Hey folks, this is Obama’s plan to responsibly reduce the deficit. I bet the Romney/Ryan campaign feels betrayed by these CEOs. Let’s face it, Wall Street sees the handwriting on the wall. In other words, an Obama victory on November 6th. Maybe in term two of the Obama presidency he’ll have a Congress that will cooperate. Get rid of the Tea Party Congress, and then maybe the country wll have a chance to move FORWARD.

“CEOs from more than 80 major U.S. companies are pressing Congress to reduce the federal deficit by raising taxes and cutting spending. …The group endorses the proposals of a special bipartisan commission that called for about $3 in spending cuts for every $1 in tax increases to save around $4 trillion.”

Sununu suggests Colin Powell’s Obama endorsement racially driven

John Sununu, born in Havana, Cuba (let’s see his birth certificate) was George H. W. Bush’s first chief of staff. He is noted for encouraging Bush I to abandon his “no new taxes” pledge and for convincing him to appoint David Souter to the Supreme Court. Souter turned out to be less conservative then they would have liked. Suffice it to say, Sununu was asked to resign from the Bush I team before the end of Bush I’s first and only term in office.

So why is this failure acting as a surrogate for Mitt Romney? Because the Romney campaign is a campaign of failures. When you have to lie like nobody’s business in order to gain the White House, you’re a failure. Lucy Madison of CBS News writes the following piece.

“At the height of an election that has been characterized as among the most racially polarizing in years, top Mitt Romney surrogate John Sununu on Thursday suggested that Colin Powell, the former Secretary of State under George W. Bush, endorsed President Obama in part due to race.”
